For so many clubs W7s was one of the first fixtures on their fixture list. Which, for W7s, was amazing as it helped us to sell out but W7s isn't just about selling out and making profit.
W7s was always about the girls, be that Woody's girls and his aim to get them different fixtures or girls in general getting a festival to match (and beat) those available to the boys.
With so many sides leaving W7s with plans to fund raise over the upcoming summer, having players and adults wanting to return, Woody decided to offer a ballot to allow everyone a chance to enter.
Some important things to consider before completing the ballot form.
- By completing the ballot form, by no later than Sunday 13th September 2026, you are confirming your commitment to attend W7s27, if selected as part of the ballot.
- Completion of the ballot creates an obligation to pay if selected/accepted. Please click here to read our Terms and Conditions.
- You must be able to field a team of at least 12 players to purchase this ticket. If, by Friday 26th February 2027, this is not the case then you will be either paired with another side/sides or have your side entry opened back up to a side on the waiting list, which will mean that your girls will not partake in any matches throughout the weekend.
- You are allowed up to 15 players within your side.
- You can make up to 5 substitutes per match.
- If you have less than 15 players than you will be expected to accept any additional players assigned to your squad by Woody.
- If you have more than 15 players then you can either purchase a Barbarian ticket per players or you will be required to donate the additional players to sides with smaller squads, where possible but this is not guaranteed - Woody will aim for this side to be in a different pool and the players loaned do not have to be the same each time - Woody understands that, as much as the girls want game time, they want to play with their teammates.
- Each side entered must have a head coach and a first aider separate from any other side entered by your club.
